Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Return Policies:

  • We ship via the United States Postal Service and FedEx.
  • Returns are accepted for physical merchandise within 10 days after receipt. Please call or email our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization prior to returning the item.
  • All returns must be in original, unmodified, undamaged and resellable condition. In some cases, store credit will be issued instead of a cash refund.
  • No returns or refunds are allowed on items delivered via download.
